THE HOLIDAY SHOPPE

HOLIDAY SHOPPED DATE: December 5-7

We will be collecting gently used items

We are gladly accepting gifts for babies, kids, teens, moms, dads, grandparents, caregivers, etc.

There will be a donation bin at PICK UP only, or you can drop off at the front office any time during the school day.
Please NO clothing. No weapons or weapon like toys.

Nothing too large please, as students need to be able to carry it home.

Shoppe Rules:
1. Students will come through with their class only ONE time. No recess or lunch visits.
2. Each gift is .50 cents. All students will be able to shop regardless of if they are able to pay. No one will be turned away.
3. Students are buying gifts for family only. No gifts for themselves or friends. No gifts should be exchanged at school.
4. Presents will be wrapped by volunteers after students have returned to class. Students will be sent home with a list for parents to help fill out so volunteers will know how to label the gift tags.

TURKEY TROT 5K

DATE: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2023

TIME: START AT 9:30 AM

The Gordon Turkey Trot is a fun & casual run, walk, or trot through the trails surrounding Gordon Elementary. The purpose is to come together as a school with family and friends and get active! All proceeds benefit PTA activities and programs for the Gordon Elementary School community.

RACE COURSE:
The course starts and ends at Richard Gordon Elementary School and winds through the tree-lined trails and pathways surrounding the high school and middle school.
